NEW BRUNSWICK (WABC) -- A police officer in New Jersey is under investigation after he was videotaped hitting a Rutgers University student while trying to put him in handcuffs.
The student, with four cops from New Brunswick trying to subdue him, is hit four times by one of the officers.
